SHIFT (noun): A slight change in position, direction, or tendency.

Our mission is to SHIFT the mentality of the “normal” dining experience. We are an American shared plates restaurant where food is meant to be enjoyed in a family style manner.

Pastry Chef and owner, Dara Wong Rodger, hopes to challenge locals and travelers alike to look beyond what they might consider typical “mountain town” food. Shift aims to focus on bold flavors, a locally driven menu, and artfully composed plates served up amidst a casual and approachable ambiance.

shift’s 3 year anniversary

monday // april 1 // 5pm

Come eat and drink with us to celebrate our 3rd year anniversary! The menu will highlight all time favorite staff dishes. Everyone will be greeted with a glass of bubbles on us. Make your reservation today!

happy hour

Tues-Sat 5-6pm

We are now celebrating happy hour daily from 5-6pm. $2 off all smaller plates and signature cocktails.

Offering Cheaper cocktails and food for a late night menu. Loud music and Low lighting make this night shift a blast!
