Join our bar manager for a night of "liquid intelligence" and bites from sous chef Emily. Seth will be informing guests about bar equipment, techniques, and legendary bartenders from pre/post prohibition. The class will include three cocktails and paired food.

This guest chef dinner will be a celebration of the pig using collaborative techniques and ideas from guest chef Sam Williams and Shift chefs.
Chef Sam Williams, head Chef at Indian Gardens in Sedona, Arizona believes good food brings a community together. Sam is known for using classic techniques and modern plating styles while showcasing the natural flavors of an ingredient. He is passionate about supporting local growers and celebrating the bounty Northern Arizona has to offer.

Chef and Owner Joe Rodger will be teaching students all about meat, how to properly braise, cure, and sear. Join Part 2 on February 27th for an in depth experience on Chacuterie.
Part 1 and 2 each costs $65, if interested in both parts it will be $110. Price includes in depth hands on instructions as well as a snacks and glass of wine.

Shift will be showcasing a 4 course dinner including Arizona wine and beer pairings. Guests can choose one of two seatings at 5:30PM or 7:30PM for $55/person.

Shift newest Monday event consists of a 3 course chefs choice tasting menu for $25/person. Guests can arrive at anytime between the hours of 5PM and 9PM.

This is part 2 of chef Joe's meat class. Guests can come to part 1 without attending part 1. This class focuses on Chacuterie: sausage and pate making.
